About VINA Community Dental Center
VINA Community Dental Center is a Brighton-based nonprofit dental clinic providing affordable dental care to Livingston County adults with limited income and little or no access to dental insurance. Established in 2008, VINA helps local residents receive essential dental care that might otherwise be financially out of reach.
The clinic provides preventive and restorative services including exams, cleanings, fillings, X-rays, crowns, dentures, root canals, oral surgery and extractions. VINA also provides oral health education and works with patients to support better long-term dental and overall health.
Local Impact
To receive care through VINA, patients must be adults who live in Livingston County and meet the organization’s income and dental-insurance eligibility requirements. Many patients come to VINA after delaying dental treatment because they could not afford care elsewhere.
Untreated dental problems can lead to pain, difficulty eating and other health complications. By making professional dental care more accessible, VINA helps patients address immediate dental needs while improving comfort, confidence and overall well-being.
